Sunderland are close to landing Napoli midfielder Jonathan de Guzman.
Sky Italia says Napoli have an agreement in place with Sunderland to loan De Guzman, who is also wanted by Bournemouth.
The Dutchman would cost the Black Cats £1million for the season, at the end of which he would join on a permanent deal for £3.25million.
The choice between Bournemouth or Sunderland is now down to De Guzman.
