Chelsea have landed PSG defender David Luiz for a bargain basement fee, it has been revealed.
The Blues have re-signed the Brazilian defender for a fee thought to be £30m.
But the Irish Independent's Kevin Palmer says that unfulfilled add-ons in the deal that took him to Paris St-Germain mean that figure could be significantly lower than expected.
Palmer tweeted: "PSG still owe Chelsea some money for David Luiz, so that has been written off.
"Their accounts may suggest this deal cost just £10m."
