Cesc Fabregas has decided to move to Chelsea due to his poor relationship with Barcelona fans.
Marca says the clubs have agreed on a fee of €33 million, plus bonuses based on success.
The midfielder will sign for four seasons and will earn €10 million a year before tax, an amazing triple the amount than what he was on at Barça.
The main reason for Cesc leaving Barcelona is the lack of support he's had from the fans. The player has been booed on more than one occasion over the last two seasons, especially the one just gone.
His camp have suggested he seek a change of scenery and the chance to return to London was too good to refuse for the former Arsenal captain.
