Barcelona intend to name their new coach before the end of the month.

With Luis Enrique stepping down at the end of the LaLiga season, it's emerged Barca are ready to make an announcement over his successor.

El Mundo Deportivo says a media conference is being organised for May 29. Barca directors are already putting details in place.

The two favorites for the job are Ernesto Valverde of Athletic Bilbao and Eusebio Sacristan of Real Sociedad.

Valverde is leaving Bilbao as he comes off contract next month.
