Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain took us back to his very first England football kit on Thursday.
The Arsenal midfielder, 21, grew up in the capable hands of his father, former Stoke City and Portsmouth winger Mark Chamberlain, but perhaps his old man got it wrong with his son's very first set of playing gear.
'The Ox', as he as affectionately known, posted a 'Throwback' on Instagram, via Twitter, giving us an insight into what he dealt with when he was learning the tricks of his trade in an oversized England kit back when he was a youngster.
Oxlade-Chamberlain's accompanying message, presumably from his parents, read: 'That's the perfect size, plus you've got a bit of room for growth.'
#TB to my first football kit! My parents were clearly planning for it to last me a good few years...
