Real Madrid midfielder Sami Khedira was in England this week. The London Evening Standard says Khedira was in the country yesterday for an event held by Nike at St George's Park.

Khedira is expected to depart the Bernabeu in January after finding himself drop down the pecking order behind Toni Kroos and Luka Modric, and could be made available to both sides.

Chelsea and Arsenal are being linked with the Germany international.
