AC Milan are favourites to land Chelsea midfielder Cesc Fabregas in January.
Cesc is expected to leave Chelsea when the market reopens after finding himself frozen out this season by new manager Antonio Conte.
Calciomercato.com says Chelsea have assured Milan they will allow Cesc to leave in January.
The Rossoneri aim to take Cesc on a six-month loan for a fee in the region of €3 million.
The deal will include a permanent option, with Cesc now mulling over whether to accept the arrangement.
