No less than TWENTY European clubs have attempted to sign Real Madrid striker Alvaro Morata in recent years.

Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger is eager to land Morata in January, but he isn't alone in holding long-term interest in the centre-forward.

Marca says Sevilla, Real Mallorca, Osasuna, Malaga, Rayo Vallecano, Valencia, Real Zaragoza, Getafe, Espanyol, Real Betis, FC Barcelona, Benfica, Chelsea, Tottenham, Wigan, Newcastle, Queen's Park Rangers, Borussia Dortmund and Schalke 04 have all made offers for Morata in the last two years.
