Abel Resino refused to get down after Atletico Madrid were held 1-1 by Getafe yesterday.

Diego Forlan had Atletico ahead midway through the first-half before Juan Albin struck a Getafe equaliser two minutes before fulltime.

It was Resino's first game in charge of Atletico at the Vicente Calderon and he said afterwards: "I thought we dominated the game. We did much better in the second-half.

"We had many chances to increase our lead - and should have done so. But when you're only a goal up you're going to fret and the opposition were able to score late on."
