There's reports in this morning's Italian press that Massimiliano Allegri has already had his resignation accepted by AC Milan. Tuttosport says Milan president Silvio Berlusconi has accepted Allegri's resignation and representatives from both parties are now discussing severence pay.

Milan face Udinese this weekend with Pippo Inzaghi and Mauro Tassotti tipped to take charge if Allegri's resignation has actually happened.
