Republic of Ireland have secured the services of manager Martin O'Neill until 2020 with the signing of a new contract.
O'Neill has secured contracts for himself and his entire management team, which includes former Manchester United player Roy Keane – his assistant.
There was some speculation linking O'Neill and Keane with the job at Stoke City, when rumours of Mark Hughes being sacked were rampant. However, it appears the pair have committed their medium-term future to the Republic job.
O'Neill will be the manager for the UEFA Nations League matches, and he will be in charge in the lead up to UEFA Euro 2020.
