Nottingham Forest boss Colin Calderwood has dismissed reports claiming former Manchester United star Andy Cole has retired.

The 37-year-old missed the midweek win at Crystal Palace, but Calderwood insists he could be back in the squad to face Derby at the weekend.

"He is still our player. The situation is the same as always," said Calderwood.

"He was not available but possibly might be at the weekend."
