Nigel Reo-Coker is hoping to land a deal at West Bromwich Albion.
The Express & Star says Reo-Coker has apparently rejected a move to Major League Soccer with Portland Timbers in the hope of attracting a contract offer from West Brom.
The midfielder is a free agent.
