Rennes chairman Frederic de Saint-Serni has revealed a Premier League club has made an offer for Yann M'Vila.

Arsenal and Tottenham have been linked with the midfielder in recent days in the French press.

Speaking after Rennes opening game of the season on Saturday, a 1-0 defeat to Lyon which M'Vila played the whole 90 minutes, de Saint-Serni revealed the offer.
