Yann M'Vila has turned down the advances from Premier League clubs to sign with Russian outfit Rubin Kazan.
The 22-year old Frenchman has departed homeland club Rennes to head to the Russian Premier League amid frenzied interest from both Fulham and QPR.
"Stade Rennais, FC Rubin Kazan and Yann M'Vila have reached an agreement for the permanent transfer of the French international," read a statement.
"After the traditional medical visit, the Rennes midfielder joined the Russian club officially on Wednesday evening."
