Rennes midfielder Axel Ngando is wanted by Manchester City and Tottenham.

L'Equipe says Juventus have now joined the chase and are making advanced moves to sign him.

Rennes are keen to keep Ngando at the club but would consider offers in the region of £4m at the end of the season.

The 18-year-old is rated as one of the best young talents in France and is being tipped to become a major star in the future.
