Rennes chief Pierre Dreossi is happy they were able to resist Arsenal interest for Yann M'Vila.
The Gunners offered £22 million for the France international last week.
"We tried to find the best way for Yann to stay," Dreossi told RMC. "We were able to make an effort, and we did it. It was the best solution for both parties.
"He has reached a high level that is very interesting. If he confirms himself, I hope we will receive the benefits."
