Hull City are set to be bought out by Chinese interest.
The Daily Mail says a Chinese businesswoman reputedly worth more than £700million is among the parties interested in buying Hull City.
Hawken Xi Liu, who used to be married to a maths teacher from south London, found wealth when her idea to turn former bomb shelters into shopping centres took off.
There were suggestions that Hawken and business partners including her brother Dai Yongge were at the KCOM Stadium during Saturday's 2-1 victory over champions Leicester City, but they kept a low profile if that was the case.
Hawken formed Renhe Commercial Holdings, the company that built the malls which are now operational in more than 30 cities.
Through Renhe, she already owns a second-tier Chinese club, Beijing Renhe.
