Renato Sanches has shrugged off the criticism coming his way at Swansea City.
The on-loan Bayern Munich midfielder says he is happy with life at the Liberty Stadium despite such a difficult start.
He told The Swans Show: "I'm enjoying the city. It's quiet and it's good. The people in the street are very nice and I'm enjoying it.
"The club is a good club. I'm enjoying playing here with my colleagues and I think it's better for me to stay in Swansea because I want to play and help the team and I try to help the team step by step.
"I think this is a good league. It's the best in the world. The competition is good, and now I feel good.
"I just want to play games because I like to play football. I just want to play."
Sanches added: "It's difficult, but I've had a lot of experience for my country with the national team, as well as the Bundesliga. So, although I'm a young player I've had a lot of experience in the past.
"I think now that I'm ready to show something good.
"For me and my team altogether, the better times are coming for us. We are a good team, a young team and I think it's okay."
