Remy ready to get stuck in at Newcastle

Loic Remy is confident hitting the ground running at Newcastle United.

Remy says his six months at QPR has him well prepared for the new Premier League season.

"I don't necessarily know if I'm a better player for it, but I learnt a lot from my first six months in England," he explained to nufcTV.

"I've noticed that in this country in particular, you can lose or win a match in a split second and that makes players play to their full extent until the very end of the game.

"You'll have to wait and see whether it's been worth the wait. But one thing's for sure - I'm a player who will work hard and give my all for the Club in order to make things happen."
