Chelsea striker Loic Remy is already looking towards next season's title defence.

Remy feels Chelsea's success this term has made them the team everyone wants to beat.

He said: "Next season every team will really want to beat the champions, as West Brom did, and we have to prepare ourselves for this kind of game. Next season will be even more difficult than this one because of that.

"We were disappointed with the result because of course we want to win every game until the end of the season."

He added: "We want to finish the season in the best way we can. It will be a special game because we are already champions but we have to be focused and stay professional until the end."
