Loic Remy says Chelsea's players are well aware of complacency creeping into their play.
Chelsea's lead is currently seven points after they continued their unbeaten start to the season with a routine win over West Brom.
But striker Remy said: "The most important thing is to stay focused and don't think the league is already won because I think it is a trap if we think that.
"We know there are a lot of games coming so we have to be careful and play the same way we are playing at the minute."
