QPR striker Loic Remy has thanked manager Harry Redknapp for allowing him to flourish in the Premier League.
The Frenchman has scored five goals in nine appearances since his move from Marseille in January and suggests Redknapp has been a major influence on his swift adjustment to the English game.
"He is very good, very good," Remy told the club's official website of Redknapp. "I'm really happy with his training methods and management style.
"It's always different when you work under a new manager and with him I really like his way of working. He's someone who is always working hard and demands more of us.
"He always reminds us that we should give our best at all times and never give up.
"I was aware of his qualities before when he was the manager of Tottenham. That's the reason why I'm working with him now."
