Released Palace striker Iversen wants Championship stay

Steffen Iversen remains keen to play in the Championship after his release by Crystal Palace.

Former Tottenham striker Iversen, 35, wants to sign for another Championship club as soon as possible after leaving Crystal Palace by mutual agreement.

The Norwegian said: "I believe I am still good enough to play in the Championship."
