Lazio boss Edy Reja was delighted with matchwinner Hernanes after victory over Bari.

Hernanes scored the decisive goal, although he could have scored a hat-trick were it not for the heroics of Bari goalkeeper Jean-Francois Gillet.

"He is crucial for us and it is very important to get him back 100 per cent fit, quite aside from today's goal.

"Hernanes is not just a great midfielder, but also an excellent goal-scorer."
