Lazio boss Edy Reja has thanked fans for returning to the stadium this season.

Lazio had seen their stands left largely empty as supporters protested at President Claudio Lotito's reign and their failure to qualify for Europe.

"It is gratifying to be the Serie A leaders, but I am above all happy for the team, the club and the fans, who are returning because they start to believe in this squad," said Reja.
