Reigning champions Chelsea to meet Southampton in FA Cup

FA Cup champions Chelsea will meet fellow Premier League club Southampton in the third round of this season's competition.

The Blues, who beat Liverpool in the final last term, head to St Mary's with the top flight clubs now entering the draw after the lower league outfits battled it out for the chance to move through to the latter stages of the famous cup.

Liverpool have yet to find out their opponents with Lincoln City and Mansfield requiring a replay, Arsenal have been drawn with Swansea City (who beat them 2-0 on the weekend), Manchester United head to West Ham United, Premier League champions Manchester City host Watford and eight-time winners Tottenham are at home to Coventry City.
