Chile U23 international Carlos Emilio Carmona Tello has joined Reggina.
Carmona joins from Chilean side O'Higgins and has put pen to paper on a contract that expires in 2013.
Manchester City striker Bernardo Corradi also signed a one-year deal with Reggina yesterday after joining on a free transfer.
