Refreshed Saudi Arabia pushing for another win

After getting their World Cup qualifying campaign back on track with a brilliant 2-1 away victory against Iran, Saudi Arabia are looking for another scalp.

Jose Peseiro's side takes on UAE tonight at the King Fahad Stadium in Riyadh and a win could push them into the top two of their group depending on what happens in Seoul between North and South Korea.

Although Peseiro is confident, he is wary of Saudi Arabia's opponents.

"The game against UAE will not be easy at all for us," said Peseiro.

"We must put in a lot of effort in order to get a positive result which will keep our chances alive of qualifying for the World Cup.

"The points that we have are not enough in order to qualify. Therefore, the game against UAE means a lot for us and we must take three points from this game to maintain our chances.

"The players showed great performance against Iran. I'm confident that they can continue their good form against UAE and I hope that we will have big support from the home fans."
