Referee Mark Clattenburg will again miss Premier League action this weekend.
The 37-year old has been omitted from officiating action for the third straight week following his alleged racist remarks towards Chelsea's John Obi Mikel on October 28.
The Football Association are investigating the complaint from the Blues, which arose in the match against Manchester United, and during that time the Premier League have decided to keep Clattenburg out of action with his name again not on the referees list for the coming weekend.
