Referee Gil Manzano will be in charge for the El Clasico on April 23.

Marca reports the Spanish Officiating Committee has chosen Manzano to officiate the Real Madrid versus Barcelona clash.

It'll be the second Real-Barcelona showdown he'll oversee, as the officiating body are satisfied with the refereeing performances Manzano has been having this season thus far.

Manzano has recently officiated the second leg of the Copa del Rey semi-final between Atletico Madrid and Barcelona, in addition to the controversial Villarreal -Real Madrid tie.
