Ref Mike Dean has been appointed for the Welsh derby between Cardiff City and Swansea City.
It will be the first top-flight meeting between the two rivals.
The Daily Star says Dean will referee the match, four-and-a-half years since he was hit in the head by a coin after awarding a debatable last-minute penalty for Cardiff in a 2-2 draw with Swansea.
