Harry Redknapp is determined to build something great at Tottenham.
The 62-year-old insists his club are closing the gap on the modern Big Four - despite the 3-0 defeat by Arsenal in the north London derby - and Redknapp wants to retire with his head held high.
"I came because I felt this was my last chance to manage a big club," Redknapp told the London Evening Standard.
"There is still a gap between Tottenham and the top four but not as wide. When everyone is fit, we have a chance.
"Before I leave, I want to produce a team they can be proud of. I would like this to be my last job but you never know in football."
