QPR boss Harry Redknapp has told Ravel Morrison not to waste his talent.
The on-loan West Ham United midfielder is back to his best under Redknapp's management.
The Rs boss said: "Ravel's got to do it for himself.
"I think he's had good managers but he's got to keep his head down and work hard, and do it consistently.
"If he does that he's got the chance to be one of the best footballers around.
"It would be a real waste if he's not playing for England in the next three or four years - a real shame."
He added: "Ravel glides over the floor rather than put his feet down - and I've not seen too many do that.
"He needs to push himself and have someone to believe in him and he can be one of the best players in the Premier League."
