New Birmingham City boss Harry Redknapp has made it very clear that he will stay in his new job only if he manages to keep the Blues in the Championship.
The veteran manager has replaced Gianfranco Zola at St Andrew's after the Italian resigned following a run of two wins in 22 league games.
With three games left to play this season, Birmingham occupy 20th spot and are three points clear of the relegation zone.
He said: "It takes time. I haven't got a magic wand.
"It's not really a risk. They have won two out of 22. I'm not going to turn them into Real Madrid. We need a win.
"If we can keep them up then we can sit down and talk about moving forward. If they don't stay up, I won't stay.
"I went in there and said, 'I don't want anything, but I'll come and do it'. I wasn't interested in the money."
