Harry Redknapp is ready to bring in his own backroom team at QPR.
The Daily Mail says Redknapp yesterday approached his trusted right-hand man Kevin Bond and goalkeeping coach David Coles to join his backroom team at Loftus Road.
He also wants Ian Broomfield, his Tottenham chief scout.
