Former Tottenham boss Harry Redknapp supports their swoop for Burnley fullback Kieran Trippier.

Spurs signed Trippier last week.

Redknapp told the London Evening Standard: “I like the latest signing from Burnley, the full-back Kieran Trippier They've got Kyle Walker there too. Danny Rose is a future England left back.

“I like the manager and what he is attempting to do. They've got to cut their losses on some recent signings. But if they get three or four more good ones in, they can really have a go for that top four."
