Ex-Tottenham manager Harry Redknapp thinks John Terry would be a perfect first signing for Derby County new manager, Frank Lampard.

Redknapp still rates the centre-back highly and finds it possible for Chelsea heros to reunite at Derby.

"John Terry… what a signing he'd be!," Redknapp told talkSPORT.

"I would still take him for another year; he's a great professional and great around the place. That would be an interesting one.

"Jody Morris [Lampard's rumoured assistant] and John are big pals, so that fits nicely that one."
