Portsmouth boss Harry Redknapp admits he's leaning heavily on the personal finance of club owner Sacha Gaydamak to maintain their superb season so far.

"It is hard," he said. "We've got a stadium that holds 19,000. You are just relying on the owner having to keep putting his hand in his pocket.

"He has done that already. He has backed us. He bought some good players in the summer."
