Redknapp: Portsmouth need better facilities to keep best players

Portsmouth boss Harry Redknapp admits they need to improve their training facilities if they're to compete for the game's best talent.

"We need a new training ground," Redknapp said. "That is the key if we are going to keep attracting good players. We haven't been able to train on our ground because it has been under water. We went to an Astroturf pitch, but next time we rang up they were playing hockey on it."
