Tottenham boss Harry Redknapp is happy kicking off their preseason against Bournemouth.
Bournemouth will always have a special place in Redknapp's heart.
He played there between 1972-76 and after a stint in America, returned to begin his managerial career at Dean Court in 1982-83, famously dumping Manchester United out of the FA Cup in 1984. He was in charge until moving to West Ham in 1994.
"It's a club I'm very close to," Redknapp told the Spurs website. "And it's ideal for us. I always enjoy going down there. It's always a good game on a good pitch and they always try to play football."
