Harry Redknapp would be 'very surprised' if Tottenham signed anyone during the current transfer window. Redknapp, renowned for his canny signings, has the opportunity to strengthen his squad this month as Spurs look to build on a promising first half to the season.
He admitted earlier this week that he was interested in Real Madrid striker Ruud van Nistelrooy, while a number of other players have been linked with moves to White Hart Lane
However, Redknapp is not planning to bring in any reinforcements before the winter deadline.
"I'd be surprised if we signed anyone, very surprised," he revealed.
