Tottenham boss Harry Redknapp has dismissed the influence of new Liverpool football chief Damien Comolli on his squad.
Former Tottenham chief scout Comolli faces his old side as Liverpool's new director of football strategy.
Heurelho Gomes, Alan Hutton, Benoit Assou-Ekotto, Younes Kaboul, Luka Modric and Roman Pavlyuchenko were all sourced by Comolli before he was axed when Redknapp took over as boss two years ago.
Redknapp said wryly: "Yeah, I think he should take all the credit, for sure. They were all doing well when I arrived, you know? They were all good, they were all great.
"There have been a few, again, that weren't so great."
