Former Tottenham star Jamie Redknapp hailed the performance of Manchester United midfielder Michael Carrick in England's 1-1 draw against Montenegro.
Redknapp wrote in the Daily Mail: "Michael Carrick is in the form of his life and we saw him at his best in the first half. His passing success rate was 92.2 per cent and he deserves more praise for his work. Everyone is starting to see what a player he is. His simplicity is his success but it can also go unnoticed. It's a good habit and England would be a better team if others followed his example."
