Harry Redknapp has urged his QPR players to put their heads down and work hard in order to produce more consistent results.
The R's held Sunderland to a 0-0 draw at the Stadium of Light tonight in Redknapp's first game in charge since taking the Loftus Road reins but he feels there is a heap of hard work to do if they want to avoid relegation.
"It's going to be tough, we mustn't kid ourselves," said the former Tottenham boss.
"You look at the position we are in - it's very, very difficult. But I can see there are some decent players there.
"We need to play as a team and be a team and if we can put them together and get them to work together, we have got a chance."
