Tottenham manager Harry Redknapp hopes he will have captain and key defender Ledley King available for every match for the remainder of the season.

King has struggled with ongoing knee problems and often misses games but a change in his training regime and the fact there are no further midweek matches could see him get up for the rest of Spurs outings for the current season.

"I think Ledley, with a bit of luck, could be available for the rest of the season," Redknapp said.

"Ledley's problem is he can't do it on Saturday and midweek; but we've got no more midweek games, so I may well get Ledley available every week which would be a big boost."
