QPR boss Harry Redknapp doesn't expect a busy winter market.
The Rs are currently bottom of the table.
Redknapp said: "I don't see us spending. Where do you find people in Jan? It's not easy.
"Who is going to sell? People are either fighting to win the league or make the Champions League or Europa League, or stay in the league. No one on the Premier League is suddenly going to let you have a good striker.
"So you have to go abroad, and it's all a gamble isn't it? To buy someone in January is very difficult."
