Former Tottenham and Liverpool star Jamie Redknapp feels Edin Dzeko is ready to live up to his price-tag for Manchester City this season.
Dzeko has started this season amongst the goals.
Redknapp told the Daily Mail: "Edin Dzeko had a terrible first season at Wolfsburg, before he settled and found his confidence.
"When he came to Manchester City in January, he did not look the part, but he has started this season well and, while not looking the full part yet, he is showing promise. It might help him that he has no rival to be City's big man. The forwards they want to keep are all different from him."
