Former West Ham United boss Harry Redknapp is happy to see Slaven Bilic planning to add some old Irons to his coaching staff.

John Hartson has been linked with a role on Bilic's staff.

Redknapp told the London Evening Standard: "I've heard it said that he might bring back former players like John Hartson and Julian Dicks along with his own Croatian staff.

"It's good to get former players back and around the place. I did it with Tim Sherwood and Les Ferdinand at Spurs.

"And I know one thing - with a bench featuring, Slaven, John Hartson and Dicksy, there will only be one lot of winners if it comes to a bit of aggro."
