Harry Redknapp says there's one decision Andre Villas-Boas must make at Tottenham to make an instant impact.

Redknapp insists that if Villas-Boas wants to be a success, his first job must be to keep star player Luka Modric at the club.

He told The Sun: "It would be a huge loss. He is irreplaceable.

"But if they get massive money, they can go and get three or four players and improve the team in other areas."
